CRM4 Freight Forwarder is an application created using the Zoho platform, designed to provide freight forwarders' sales teams with the necessary elements to speed up their daily activities.
Capture and track leads, and turn them into customers through email marketing campaigns, social media posts, SMS, and cold calls.
The dashboard "Shipments" allows you to assign percentages to the commercial stages that your Freight Forwarder sales area decides to highlight. Additionally, sellers can use the "Shipments Updates" view to keep customers informed about the status of their shipment by setting up notifications once the deal is won and the shipment is on transit.
The application allow manage the internal commercial objectives for fulfilling the sellers' goals, which have been strategically created in the "Shipments" module and supported by a detailed group of reports. Finally, once the freight services have been received and collected, you can automatically determine the commissions associated with each seller and save the corresponding payments. Understand the status of your business with a few clicks using various views, graphs, dashboards, and reports. All this and more packed in a friendly, integrated, and easy-to-use environment.
View the requests received, and simply assign them to one of your sales reps. Convert the request into multi-currency quotes and send them to your clients as PDFs.
