The Fixed Asset Management application helps you manage all of your organization's assets by maintaining a detailed record for each one, including user-defined types and sub-types. It generates barcodes or QR codes from each asset's unique ID and calculates depreciation using both the straight line and written down value (WDV) methods. Depreciation can be calculated either monthly or annually, based on user preferences. You can also track assets from purchase through to disposal and sync depreciation entries with Zoho Books via manual journal entries. The application is highly adaptable, offering options for custom workflows and alerts to meet user needs.
