As far as I read your extension works only with 3CX v16. Do you have plans to update/ have a new extension for 3CX v18? Could you share the pluging code of your currente Extension to help us creating a extension to the latest 3CX version?

Installed the app to log Incoming Calls - It works and creates a ticket for incoming calls but only if the agent hangs up the phone before the caller does. If the caller hangs up first no ticket is created. (will update rating if this can be fixed)
May we request you to help us with the sample IDs of the calls where the caller hangs up first so that we can drill down and unearth the cause? I'd suggest dropping us a line at support@zohodesk.com.
Unfortunately for us we wanted to log a call and write a brief description of what the call was about so that any subsequent calls of the same client agents can review the previous conversations and i am told that functionality to log a call is not available in Zoho desk . Basically it wasn't of much help to us as it could not address what challenge we intended to solve.
