Tracking agent attendance is essential for work allocation payroll and payroll processing, especially in a remote work environment. Attendance tracking is all the more important in customer support to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly. The agent attendance tracker extension for Zoho Desk enables admins to see each agent's status. Admins can create custom statuses for their agents to use (e.g., "meal break," "short break," and "engaged at work"). Custom statuses help agents communicate their availability with greater detail and transparency compared with only being able to check in and check out.

  • Agents can set and change their status from the bottom band
  • It's easy for agents to track and export their attendance report
  • Admins can configure custom statuses like "short break" and "do not disturb". Admins can view each agent's status within a department using a Kanban view.
  • Agents and admins can export agent attendance reports for up to 90 days. Each report can span a period of 30 days.
