The ClickSend extension for Zoho Desk establishes two-way communication through an interactive SMS system. With this extension, you can communicate with your clients directly from Zoho Desk tickets by sending an SMS. You can even send SMS messages to clients' phone numbers. This new communication medium drives both customer acquisition and retention.
All outbound and inbound messages will be labelled and stored by this extension, giving you a complete record of all messages in your Zoho Desk ticket. This improves engagement with clients since tracking messages is so much easier.

You can receive MMS photos people send but they appear as URLS in the ticket and need to be pasted into a browser to view them.
Problems are: You must format the content correctly - such as country code + phone, there is no option for corrections such as if you were to paste it in without your default country code. The UI is 1st pass quality. There is no option to use the phone number from the desk contact (such as a button)

Once you click the purchase button and provide your credit card details, the amount due will be deducted from your card.

You will be billed per month or per year depending upon the option that you choose. The payment will be recurring, meaning you won't have to bother doing it again manually.
What can I do if I decide that I don't want the extension after all?
You can cancel the plan that you have subscribed to, noting the reason. We will get back to you to help you out with the necessary requirements.
