JustCall is a cloud phone system for sales, support, and report teams. It allows you to create a call center for your sales teams and contact center for your support teams. With the JustCall Phone Bridge integration for Zoho, you can make and receive calls from within Zoho Products and automatically log all your calling in Zoho, saving up to 375 hours per agent per year in time and effort. To set up this integration, all you need is a JustCall account and a phone bridge enabled Zoho account.

Love JustCall w/ Zoho CRM, just wish it connected with Zoho Campaigns through an SMS gateway. JustCall can't split telephony from SMS, so I may have to leave - unfortunately. But just as a phone bridge it's amazing
Thank you for your detailed Feedback, this is very helpful in determining what to use. I currently use RingCentral and the integrations into Zoho are fine for Voice, for SMS there are no great options. It will be nice to see what Zoho rolls out with.
Some providers let you split up SMS and Voice. Like if ATT was your text provider and Verizon was your voice provider on your cell. If JustCall offered split services it would then fully integrate with all of Zoho Services. For example and as mentioned before Zoho Campaigns, because w/ ZC you need a text provider only and therefore can't use JustCall. So it's not a one stop shop. And, worst of all it prevents you from broadcast texting to a list of subscribers inside Zoho Campaigns. If you could split of off, you could then have the same number dial inside CRM, Text inside CRM, and Broadcast inside Zoho Campaigns. If I knew this from the start I would not have chosen JustCall. But just call is great, if you only need limited integration.
I stuck with JustCall, and created a work around to accomplish my goals with "Zapier", "Internal emails" sent from Zoho Campaigns, that are then parsed through Zapier's "Email Parser". It's a bit of a complicated work around but works great. I hear Zoho is about to roll out internal phone solutions so will be looking to see if that will be a replacement for my current set up.
It was an amazing experience using the Zoho phone bridge and JustCall integration. It just took a click to integrate Phonebridge with Justcall. There were some issues but Dushyant from support was really helpful and solved those issues real quick.
As a sales manager, I want to thanks the Justcall team, Prateek and Faizal for making the Phone bridge integration live. My sales agents can now work on the notes and edit other information while they are on an active call and anywhere on Zoho. This was something, my team was desperately looking for.
The support team is absolutely incredible! Not only were they incredibly fast and supply several fixes for me, but they also helped me in setting up some automation for Zoho that saved a lot of my time
