No matter how good you are at work, it is not uncommon for important tasks to fall through the cracks. This is mostly because it's hard to clearly see work items that are in the pipeline. This is where the Kanban task board comes in. The Kanban board is a way for you to visually manage work by organizing tasks into columns based on their status. Interesting initiative but too limited. Choice of columns by statuses is buggy and it is impossible to display list of tasks of my groups or other groups. It would be nice to be capable to view tasks for other users and to add filtering capabilities. Possibility to filter tasks per user groups or company or sort them by due date
Could you care to elaborate on the group's task you're referring to? Also, changing the status of the task from the detail view would be the only workaround at this time.

Just trying out Zoho desk. Couldn't get the Kanban Task Board to work - the status list is different to the status list on Zoho Desk so suspecting this is the reason but couldn't find anyway to match them. Emailed for assistance but haven't heard anything back.
We presume you're looking for the ticket statuses, whereas this extension is exclusive for the Tasks in Zoho Desk. Just so you know, Tasks and Tickets have a different set of statuses. Nevertheless, I couldn't find any ticket raised for this conundrum in our support channel. Should you have any queries, reach out to support@zohodesk.com.
