With this integration, support team members can get a full picture on the email campaigns sent to customers and the status of each of those campaigns. Adding to the convenience, they can also send campaigns from Zoho Desk.

My Mailchimp campaigns and audiences do not appear. I cannot find any documentation to assist with this. There is no value if these 2 do not appear in Zoho Desk.
