The OpenLM Alerts integration automatically creates support tickets in Zoho Desk based on alerts generated by the OpenLM platform.
To get started, launch the integration app, where you'll be redirected to the OpenLM Cloud platform for registration. After registering, you'll be prompted to enter your Zoho credentials and other setup details using the Zoho Alerts interface. This allows the OpenLM integration system to automatically convert alerts into Zoho Desk tickets.
Alert data is securely transmitted via a secure Amazon SQS queue and processed by AWS Lambda functions to create tickets in your Zoho Desk account. Your Zoho credentials and personal data are safely stored in AWS Secrets Manager and only used for ticket creation.
