Send and receive SMS messages from within your Zoho Desk ticket view. Receive SMS and MMS from your customers sent to your dedicated number as tickets in Zoho Desk. Agent replies from Desk for the SMS tickets will be sent as SMS/MMS to the customer's mobile number. Initiate outbound SMS to any mobile number using Plivo. Any SMS received from the same phone number will be added under the same ticket. While receiving SMS, a new contact will be created if no contacts exist with the same mobile number. Receiving incoming SMS is free of cost using Plivo (conditions apply).

I have no idea if this plugin was any good. You must first apply to Plivo for an account, and they then declined to set one up, without a reason supplied.
Not sure why this is still in the marketplace. When a help ticket was submitted, the developers basically said they stopped supporting the plugin because it was hard.
I wish I was exaggerating, but the exact quote was 'We are facing difficulties in the implementation of incoming feature with Plivo.'
So, they didn't feel like figuring out how to deal with incoming messages from the platform, so they just abandoned the extension.
I would be wary of using any Ulgebra extension. Who knows when they'll just give up on it?
Hello Donald Love, I'm regret your inconvenience. For us to develop any extensions using API we need a sample account, which we couldn't get from Plivo after an extensive request. where it is not a problem with other providers. This is the sole reason why we couldn't implement incoming feature to this extension. I hope you can understand.

Hello Pedro, as this app is built using Plivo API we don't have access to block your Plivo account. Kindly check with the plivo team for unblocking your account. If your account is not unblocked kindly let us know we will help you in cancelling our extension subscription and refund the charges.
I was very confused about that, they eventually unblocked me and apologize after a week or two sending emails back and forward, I am going to give your solution another try and will change my review as I do not want to be unfair to you as my issue was with Plivo.
You will only be billed for the extension/app you purchase. We don't request any additional charges outside of Zoho Marketplace. (Note: If the extension/app integrates with a third-party application that requires a paid edition, you must make a separate purchase with the third party.)
