Qntrl is a process automation platform. It uses blueprints to digitize and automate your organization's workflows. Work items in Qntrl are filed as cards. By integrating Qntrl with Zoho Desk, agents can create and associate Qntrl cards from within a ticket. They can also view details from associated cards in the information panel. Comments added to a Qntrl card will be recorded as private comments in the associated Zoho Desk ticket and vice versa, allowing agents to collaborate and receive updates without switching apps.
