The Desk-simPRO extension (standalone version) creates quotes and jobs from the tickets in Zoho Desk. Ticket, customer, and site details are fetched from Zoho Desk and sent to simPRO. Customers are searched with their associated email in Zoho Desk. If found, the site and customer will be associated with the quote or job. If not found, a new customer is created. If there is no site, a default site is linked. SimPRO multi-company is also supported.

Key Features:

  • Create a new quote or job, or convert a quote to a job in simPRO and Link Zoho Desk ticket to an existing job or quote in simPRO.
  • Transfer ticket information (e.g., the description) to the quote or job and automatically look up the customer and site in simPRO using the customer email listed in Zoho Desk.
  • Sites are checked against the customer, and if there are no sites, a default site is associated. Creates new customers if not found in simPRO using the email address from Desk.
  • simPRO multi-company support. Choose the company from the dropdown list to send a quote or job to that company in simPRO.
