Skype for Zoho Desk helps you communicate with your organization members and customers more easily. You can reach out to them through audio calls with a single click. Also, you can add comments regarding the call while the call is ongoing and it will be added to the Comments section of the Desk contacts record.

Note: 1. This extension is supported only in Microsoft Edge. Currently, only outbound calls are supported. 2. Customer must have tenant on Office 365 with a user who is assigned a Skype for Business license and they will also need to set up a tenant in Azure Active Directory if they don't have one already.
