Key Features:
Telnyx messages from tickets: Messages can be sent from tickets using the Telnyx interface within the Marketplace section or through the “Send Telnyx Message” option.
Telnyx messages to customers: Within any Zoho Desk customer, access the Telnyx interface under Marketplace or select “Send Telnyx Message” to contact the customer. A new ticket can also be created while sending the message, if required.
Bulk messages: Using the “Telnyx Message” option, add the required Zoho Desk contacts and contact numbers to send a bulk Telnyx message.
Instant messages: Click on the Telnyx icon on the bottom panel of your Zoho Desk to send quick messages to the desired contacts.
