Efficiently manage your tickets and customers in Zoho Desk with the help of the Telnyx messaging service. Create new tickets for customers along with sending messages. Send instant Telnyx SMS at any time. You can also send bulk messages to contacts.

Key Features:

  • Telnyx messages from tickets:
    Messages can be sent from tickets using the Telnyx interface within the Marketplace section or through the “Send Telnyx Message” option.
  • Telnyx messages to customers:
    Within any Zoho Desk customer, access the Telnyx interface under Marketplace or select “Send Telnyx Message” to contact the customer. A new ticket can also be created while sending the message, if required.
  • Bulk messages:
    Using the “Telnyx Message” option, add the required Zoho Desk contacts and contact numbers to send a bulk Telnyx message.
  • Instant messages:
    Click on the Telnyx icon on the bottom panel of your Zoho Desk to send quick messages to the desired contacts.
