Twilio SMS for Zoho Desk adds two-way SMS and MMS functionality to Zoho Desk, which enables your customers to reach out and seek support via SMS/MMS and your support agents to reply to them from the Desk interface.

Customers can create help tickets by sending a simple SMS/MMS, get SMS notifications about their existing tickets, and can converse with agents through messages.
