This extension enables your support team to send SMS messages through Twilio directly from Zoho Desk. You can send one-on-one messages by searching for a customer's name or compose bulk messages by selecting multiple recipients. Each message automatically creates or updates a ticket thread in Zoho Desk, helping you manage communications efficiently.

After sending a message, you can mark the ticket as "On Hold" or apply a custom status. If a customer replies, the ticket automatically reopens. If a reply is received after the original ticket has been closed, a new ticket is created to ensure continued support without interruption.

The extension is built entirely within the Zoho platform using Deluge. There are no third-party dashboards or external user interfaces involved, and no personal information is collected outside your Zoho environment. All configuration and data remain within your account, and the vendor does not have access to your message content or confidential details.
