Send one-on-one messages by searching for a customer's name or composing bulk communications, selectively choosing which recipients to include and automatically generating new ticket threads in Zoho Desk. Once a message is sent, you can mark it "on hold" or add a custom status; when a customer replies, the ticket will automatically reopen. If a customer sends a message after a ticket is closed, a new ticket is created, allowing you to continue providing seamless support.
This extension has been developed 100% within the Zoho platform using Deluge, meaning that there is no third-party control panel you have to log in to, no embedded UI collecting any personal information, etc. All data used to set up this extension stays within your deployment, and the vendor does not have access to any confidential details or message contents.
