With the Zoho Quartz extension, you can enhance your customer support workflow by enabling support agents to generate and share a unique recording link directly from an existing Zoho Desk ticket.
Once the customer submits their Quartz feedback through the shared link, it's automatically added to the respective ticket as a private comment. The ticket is then reopened, and the assigned support agent is notified. Since the feedback is included within the comment, agents can conveniently access it from Zoho Desk.
