With the Salesforce CRM extension for Zoho Mail, you can convert email contacts into leads or view and update contact information for multiple emails. You can also add notes, tasks, and events associated with the contact from the eWidget, which will be automatically reflected in the respective fields in Salesforce CRM.

If the sender email address in Zoho Mail is not available in your Salesforce account, you can add it as a lead or contact in Salesforce CRM right from your Zoho inbox. You can also include any sender details that are available in the email. Access, manage, and update your Salesforce CRM data within Zoho Mail through our eWidget.
