*astTECS provides seamless integration between your existing asterisk based telephony platform and Zoho. This would enable users to perform cal related functionality directly from the Zoho. We aim to improve overall efficiency my minimizing the number of task to be provided by the Zoho user to get in touch with their clients.
Key Features:
Click to call - With a single click from the platform Zoho users can now connect directly to the customers/leads.
Call pop up - All calls arriving to the users extension will be shown as a pop up on the Zoho page with the details of the call.
Call logs - Inbound/Outbound calls made will be logged into the Zoho platform under the respective lead/contact. This would include data points such as call duration, call disposition and call recording.
Custom User mapping GUI - GUI to map Zoho users to the respective extensions will be provided to allow platform users to add or delete PhoneBridge permissions from users within the organization.
Asstecs asked me to prepare a PABX with APACHE/PHP/MYSQL. I started with a hand installed Asterisk on Debian but this system was not meeting all the requirements. Absolutely needed to have CDRDB and be aware, on debian, some Asterisk filepath dont match Asstecs expectation. Finally i installed a full FREEPBX server to meet the requirements. I would fully recommand a CentOs distrib with FREEPBX, or directelly FREEPBX. From this distribution, they could work good, offer me a good assistance and it has no problems. Asttecs solution work great once configured. Help from their technical team is good. I highely recommand Asttecs solution if you are sure that your PABX meet their requirements. Maybe ask them first to check and confirm that is the case. Again thank you Asttecs !
wasted 10 days of our time trying to get this integration to work. Repeatedly blamed our PBX setup, refused to take any responsibility for issues that arose on outbound calls as soon as they started working. Refused to allow cancelation, would not give refund even though there is no integration. Be very careful, they request wire transfer, strongly recommend you use PayPal or another more protected method to pay them if you dare try to get them to integrate.
The communication to coordinate the scope of services and to clarify the commercial aspects was very good and efficient. The integration solution was implemented quickly and corresponded to the agreed scope of services. We are very satisfied with the cooperation.
