HireQuotient integrates with Zoho Recruit for assessments. Recruiters managing candidate profiles in Zoho Recruit can use this integration to seamlessly carry out skill assessments of external candidates for different job roles from Zoho Recruit. Candidates receive the HireQuotient Test invitation in their email and complete them. Once completed, their score and performance data are automatically available in Zoho Recruit for further evaluation.
Key Features:
Select HireQuotient assessment - The user can invite the candidate by clicking Initiate HireQuotient Test on the Zoho Recruit’s candidate page and select the assessments to be triggered in the HireQuotient dashboard.
Test status - The user can see the status of the assessment in the HireQuotient Assessment Information in the Related HireQuotient Assessments tab. An example of the test status is “Test sent” and “Test completed.”
View assessment score - When a candidate attempts the test, the user can view the assessment score in the Score field of the HireQuotient Assessment Information section.
Analyze assessment report - The user can open the assessment report in the HireQuotient Report field of the HireQuotient Assessment Information section.
