This extension connects Zoho CRM and the ACR mobile call recorder by NLL Apps, to save voice records in Zoho CRM. The extension works with the standard Zoho CRM modules Leads and Contacts. The extension setup process requires setting up a web-hook and secret token, for security purposes.

It's useful for managers 'in fields'. All call recordings attached to contacts - perfect tool to keep a log of mobile communications. The support team helped us to make all settings for ACR app.
At first we developed the ACR to Zoho extension for internal use and we have been using for long time. It really helps us keep all phone calls of our Sales Team in Zoho CRM with no efforts. Now it gets public and we are glad to recommend it to you!
You will only be billed for the extension/app you purchase. We don't request any additional charges outside of Zoho Marketplace. (Note: If the extension/app integrates with a third-party application that requires a paid edition, you must make a separate purchase with the third party.)
