The integration loses connection every 5 minutes. Circleloop says it's a Zoho issue. Zoho says it's a circleloop issue. If it did work properly, it would be 3 stars. At the end of a call you can enter call notes, but you can't select the call outcome and the link to the voice recording doesn't save onto the CRM. Circleloop says that working on the integration/extension is not a priority at the moment.
