absolutely terrible, Do not recommend this, Messed up our ZOHO CRM many many times. tried to get support but even they could not fix it after multiple attempts.
The integration duplicated the same note hundreds of times in our crm Lucky that we had internal Zoho developers because we had to spend a bunch of time cleaning up the cream, identifying the duplicate nodes and then programmatically deleting them This is definitely not something that the average zoho user would be able to do without having external / programming help Otherwise, Fireflies is a good product, but I would never recommend it to be used with Zoho
