The LinkedIn Sales Navigator extension allows you to view your prospect's LinkedIn information right inside Zoho CRM. Additionally, you can push CRM leads to Sales Navigator, where you can follow up with them further.

The extension works only in the Advanced Plus version of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
I've used this extension for years (with the paid Navigator Advanced version) and now suddenly I'm REQUIRED to upgrade to the Advanced PLUS version of LinkedIn. That's a NO for me now.
Only works with Sales Navigator Advanced Plus which has unpublished pricing. You will need to interface with a Sales Rep to get the cost. So they are thinking its not for small guys. What Microsoft is saying with the pricing that this data is only for the upper tier companies with large sales teams. They should say this upfront in this interface. The module is useless to test out. You do the research this to understand the pricing, that means talking to a rep.

Besides the less than stellar technical reviews, I was referred to their technical support team from zoho One and zoho CRM. After being put on hold by the linkedin sales navigator support team for 1 hour (no exaggeration) I was asked to leave a message. Support not so stellar!
Were you able to upload any useful information/lists from Navigator to Zoho? We're considering Navigator, however, knowing it may be a bit manual, I'd like to know your feedback if you don't mind please.

Hello, Yes I noticed that too and I am disappointed as it was working fine with Individual Licence before. What happened? It's seems so difficult to have Linkedin properly integrated with Zoho products..
I had issues with activating and ended up logging out and back into CRM. The integration works nicely and allows me to pull my connection into the CRM. I can also handle any of my tasks, communications or invites for Sales Navigator out of ZOHO CRM.

It doesn't work with normal Sales Navigator; apparently you need to use the Team Edition of Sales Navigator. Nowhere in the description does it state this.
