This extension integrates Whatsapp with Zoho CRM using the CAPIWHA panel. Zoho users can send and receive WhatsApp messages right from their CRM account and send and receive files in a variety of formats like png, gif, and jpef. There are two ways to send files: by directly attaching them from your computer, or by attaching them from Zoho Docs. You can also send scheduled messages for birthdays, anniversaries, loan repayments, or any other occasion using this extension. You can select bulk records from the Leads or Contacts module and send them all messages in one go.

You are absolutely right. And even WhatsApp can stop you from sending spam messages. In case of CAPIWHA, please read the "Terms of Use" once you login. Though for your convenience I have pasted the same below,

Website hasn't stopped working but it has been moved to a new domain www.capiwha.com . All the account credits are also being moved there. We are sending emails to all users for this change. Moreover WhatsApp is not providing apis currently to everyone, and other players are offering services , but since they are very costly we have used CAPIWHA service rather

Yesterday we read a promotional newsleeter from ZOHO about your connector, and APIWHA doesn't exist today. It is strange. You have explained now that there is a new website and I tried to see pricing of messages, info, etc. There is not info, is it normal? Sure , once you login you will be able to see the pricing. Previously it allowed to signup using any email address but now you have to do it through google or facebook and there has been other security updates rolled out in new website as well. Also I apologize for the inconvenience , but once you login you will see all details and you will be able to attach your number .

Awesome App to Integrate Whatsapp with Zoho CRM. Only one that enable to attach file from your desktop and send them as message, tried others but this one is the best
