Profit.co is an OKR and Strategy Execution Platform, founded in 2018 by Bastin Gerald, a practitioner of the OKR methodology, and headquartered in Plano, Texas (5717 Legacy Drive, Suite 250, Plano TX 75024), with global offices in Singapore, India (Chennai and Pune), Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Ireland.

Most organizations struggle to execute strategy not because the strategy is flawed, but because priorities become disconnected from day-to-day execution. Strategy is set at the leadership level, ownership fragments across teams, and progress is difficult to measure consistently. Profit.co was built to bridge this gap.
