The SMSGlobal SMS Integration is an integration with the Zoho CRM platform. This Integration enables Zoho admins to configure automated SMS notifications to the administrator and customers for important order status updates, and also allows sending bulk SMS messages to customers. The Integration is free, but a SMSGlobal MXT account is required to send messages. Signup with our service is free as well, and you pay only for the SMS messages. The Integration offers great flexibility, in sending individual SMS or bulk SMS messages to various groups.

So I went online and signed up with SMSGlobal. Instantly received a call with the support agent who was very helpful. Zoho integration is not at all done correctly. They set up few auto triggers that will send out an SMS when a new lead/ contact is created but option to edit text locked and surprisingly options are enabled to send sms, not a good idea in production.Zoho team is checking currently.
Extremely difficult to get support on the integration, there is no documentation available and the BulkSMS button does not function. There is also no SMS button for individual contacts as mentioned.
