Our use of this extension has been brief. However, in that time and watching a demonstration video I am convinced that this extension will transform the way we manage files that should be attached to records in Zoho. Our operation is primarily within the CRM app so this extension fit right into our use of Zoho CRM. The extension is completely customizable and will be able to be configured by anyone using Zoho. Thank you for providing such a great enhancement to an already great produuct!
We looked at numerous ways to integrate WorkDrive and tried other more popular extensions and found them to be flaky.
This one wasn't prefect but we thought we would give it a go on the trial and emailed the developer to ask if it could do exactly what we wanted. The developer had us book a 15 minute chat and two days later had emailed custom functions to allow us to do exactly what we required. I would say this was at no extra cost but we hadn't even paid for the subscription at that point!
We since have paid for the extension and it is worth every penny - couldn't recommend the extension or the developer highly enough.
We installed this application, and it is working great. It easily allowed for further automation of our procedures and has made us more efficient. We are now using several workflows to create a complex directory structure that was done manually.
Additionally, the customer service and tech support has been first class. The team is very responsive (usually within hours). Definitely 5 stars!
Excellent experience so far. I asked for a semi-custom workflow to allow folders to be nestled under the main account folder and in 3 days this was done for me. highly recommend over other workdrive applications.

Great plugin & great support. We were previously using the attachments section for files & quickly ran out of space. This solution is far better for all of our users.
This is definitely one of the more useful Workdrive extensions on the marketplace. I tried a couple of the others and they all performed the basic functions but weren't able to do things like supporting different types of views or sorting the folders/files in A-Z format, which we thought would be basic features but were not able to find in the other extensions. The support team has also been very responsive and quick to resolve any queries/issues that we ran into during implementation.
