It is good having EMAIL in as a pipeline... but I wish it was a bit more streamlined. My staff take forever to respond to an email because they first have to quick view it, then expand it, then go the conversations to see what the customer typed. Also, the issue with the attachments not being forwarded, or attachments having to be downloaded before viewing it adds to the delays. So... a bit of work is needed to get the EMAIL IN to be more effective.

A mistake was made in the setup of my email-in address. That mistake is now greyed out and I cannot correct it. I have asked for it to be corrected - it has not. I have had a support call to explain the issue. Nothing happened as a result. I like Bigin but this problem is very annoying and as yet unsolved. I got a message asking for a review so here it is.
