Key Features:

  • ACCOUNT AND CONTACT SYNC
    Once new accounts and their contacts are created in Zoho, they will be automatically synced in Dynamics Business Central as customers and contacts, respectively. Full account and contact details will also be synced. The customer, account, and contact sync works bi-directionally. Existing customer & contact details can be synced back to Zoho from Dynamics Business Central.
  • SALES ORDER AND INVOICE SYNC 
    Zoho CRM sales orders will be synced as Dynamics Business Central sales orders. Full details of the sales order will be synced in Dynamics Business Central. APPSeCONNECT will sync back the payment method from Zoho to Dynamics Business Central for sales. Zoho CRM invoices will be synced back as Dynamics Business Central invoices.
  • ITEM SYNC 
    Any item listed in Dynamics Business Central will be uploaded as a product in the Zoho CRM system. The sales price in Dynamics Business Central will be mapped as the standard price in the CRM system, and additional sales prices will be mapped with price books created in Zoho. So, when the Product is synced from Dynamics Business Central to Zoho, multiple sales prices will also be synced to CRM. Price books are generally assigned to different customer groups to offer discounted prices to resellers and wholesalers.
