Absolutely NOT ready for public consumption. Calendar meetings I'm invited to double and sometimes triple up on syncing. Emails sent from Zoho CRM using this sync tool- the images are all removed from the email and then sent as attachments. It rejects my email credentials at least once a week even though the credentials are fine, but i am never alerted that the sync has broken and only find out when I physically check. Support has not been great. They require my participation in addressing all of these issues costing me hours of screenshots and collaborations via web conference.

Great when it works, but frequently stops working. I constantly have to contact support to have emails re-synced. It will work again for a little while then quit again. No one can tell me why or if they are even working on fixing it. Super frustrating and hard to rely on.
08/23 - Zoho seems to have gotten the bugs worked out and emails seem to be syncing properly now.

02/24 - Broken again. Just submitted my 8th support ticket in less than a year. Don't count on this to be reliable.

Intended use is 5 star, reliability is 1 star, that the extension works in some instances (e-mail received at 4pm from a customer not displayed in CRM at all, a follow-up e-mail from same customer received at 5:30pm is displayed) is 3 stars so i give it 3 stars and be nice. It did work initially for 2 days and as of November 29th i am dealing with support and tickets (today is December 21st). Given we have an annual subscription, wasting a months worth of value and investing a lot of time trying to get this extension to work - not ideal. I further noted that the content of some e-mails will show up in the CRM, for some other e-mails it just shows the thread but no message, that defeats the purpose of data transparency in the CRM.
We struggled with this integration for a couple of months. Back and forth with Zoho support. We ended up abandoning this approach. The sync was not consistent and there is no way of troubleshooting without calling Zoho every time. There needs to be a sync log that can be audited.

The extension has gone through a bunch of revisions and is now working well. The Exchange Online system is pretty complicated as our company has dealt with the whole deprecation of basic auth and had to developer several Azure apps to deal with it. I am happy with the latest version and the new lower pricing.

Zoho Support fixed my issue. It was not with the extension itself but with some bad code in one of my email signatures. The Microsoft 365 (and Zoho Email) server marked that as phishing. The exact error in the signature was that it contained a mailto link with my email. I just created a new signature and the problem was resolved.
This extension has revised pricing. It uses very sophisticated authentication to send email via Office 365. I know because we developed several Azure apps for Office 365 to do this same thing. I am very happy with the extension and truly everyone using Office 365 will require this if they don't want to use a third party SMTP server to send email inside of Zoho CRM.
Update from 19.05.2022: Seems to work now. Only problem is, that birthdays from the outlook calendar, which don't have an ending date, are synched for the next 500 years and even longer. Rest is working now.
Update from 15.03.2022: After some chat sessions and remote connections, the support team was able to help and get the exchange integration running. Thanks for that.
There are still some points that are not working well. But we try to live with that. That's why we're giving only 3 stars not 5.
Original entry from 09.02.2022: Not working since half a year. Our company has 20 CRM users and there are always some of them who can't get synched. Support was not able to help. We have reinstalled the extension for 3 times with a clean installation, but no success. Changes within an appointment are not recognized and not synched. The appointment is still the old date. If a contact cancels the meeting, the appointment keeps still in outlook. This extension is not useful. There are no logs or anything to see why it's not working. You have to contact the support but nothing happens. Not worth the money.

With Zoho team support, we are able to connect and now it is working well. It is a good extension for automatic sync of Outlook. Worth trying to see if it works for your business needs. Thanks again ZOHO team for your great support !

It lacks flexibility, just like IMAP integration. There's no selective syncing of emails. Emails from this extension don't show in the Account like other emails (only in contact). Reports cannot be ran for emails from this extension. I've spoken to support on this extension and they have said that they are working on a selective linking feature. When this feature is added I will change my review.
After initially having trouble installing, Sathiya was able to assist in getting MS Exchange to sync properly. We use an "Active Sync" property based server that needed user@local setting in the email field to sync the emails correctly. Thank you Sathiya for all of your expertise and assistance!
