At the beginning of each month, you'll receive a Zoho CRM Health Check report outlining the data quality in Zoho CRM's core modules: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Tasks, and Users. This extension utilizes CRM object query language (COQL) requests to calculate key indicators for your modules' health. Along with the key indicators for each module are links to Zenatta's how-to videos to help you improve your Zoho CRM data. You can also instantly generate a health check report by clicking a newly added "Run Health Check" button found on each of the modules.
Key Features:
Get health checks for Zoho CRM's Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals, and Tasks modules.
Check whether you're paying for any unused Zoho CRM user licenses.
Generate reports using one of Zoho CRM's email templates, which you can further customize to meet your needs.
Install a button in each Zoho CRM module to provide on-demand reports in addition to regularly scheduled reports.
You will only be billed for the extension/app you purchase. We don't request any additional charges outside of Zoho Marketplace. (Note: If the extension/app integrates with a third-party application that requires a paid edition, you must make a separate purchase with the third party.)
How will I be billed?
Once you click the purchase button and provide your credit card details, the amount due will be deducted from your card.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed per month or per year depending upon the option that you choose. The payment will be recurring, meaning you won't have to bother doing it again manually.
What can I do if I decide that I don't want the extension after all?
You can cancel the plan that you have subscribed to, noting the reason. We will get back to you to help you out with the necessary requirements.
