I am sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing with Zoho Sign emails landing in the spam folder. Have you tried implementing DKIM for your email domain to address this issue? DKIM can significantly improve email deliverability and reduce the chances of messages being marked as spam.

Initially, when you use a Zoho Sign template for the first time, manual merging of fields is required. However, subsequent usage of the same template with records from the same module results in the automatic filling of merge fields.
This made the speed of sending contracts SO fast. All I could say to improve it is to make it possible to add placeholders from CRM into the required fields of Sign so it could be further automated.

I am enjoying the CRM integration for Zoho Sign. The integration works great. I only wish I could integrate the signers name and emails to the CRM like the other fields in the template.

This is almost super useful... but it still is not. The UI is a little confusing, but manageable. However, not being able to access Zoho Sign templates is a deal breaker. We primarily use templates in Zoho Sign, so this extension is not going to be super helpful until is allows that functionality.
If you are inquiring about utilizing templates within the extension page, please note that the usage of templates in the CRM extension is supported but permitted if your Zoho Sign plan is above the Professional edition.

I find it very mixing up the buttons which do not send to the same box. 1. The button at the top completely opens a box with all the same fields as the Zoho Sign app, which is perfect. This is the one I use. 2. The button above the ZOHO SIGN box which opens a window with fields and an interface very different from that of Zoho Sign.

It's really good, but the integration could be better in my opinion. You need a few extra clicks to use mail merge templates and you can't preselect a template. The UI of the extension is also really incosistent designed with the actual application.
Love it. I have fine tuned my CRM to make my Compliance Audits effortless. Now I can do my Client Agreement in under 2 minutes, send it to my client via email and get it back via Zoho Signed. Wow
