In order to receive the recipient's acknowledgement you can enable it by selecting the Ask Recipient option when you compose the mail to that recipient. The extensions isn't something particularly great. If i take some time, I can enter information for importing a new contact, but it's not nearly as efficient or intuitive as Hubspot. What's worse, is that it hasn't integrated with google to the point the hubspot extension does. Only being able to track email statistics if I send an email directly in the crm is inconvenient.

I'm looking for a messaging system. But I don't know if this is what I'm looking for. This afternoon they called me by phone. They promised me information about how to work with Zoho CRM, and what it would be useful for me to use it for. And because I would have to recommend it to my clients. I like the size of it and how it has the daily activities automatically pulled up. So far there are 3 improvements it needs. 1st, When I sent an email from the extension it did not show up in my Zoho Mail sent folder. I think this might be a bigger problem I am experiencing. The 2nd is that when I pull up a Contact and create a new email, when I add a template I am unable to see a preview of what it looks like. The 3rd thing is it would be convenient to be customize the Actions on the bottom. Like access a different module that may have emails in it.
The hole Zoho Campaign migration as been very insatisfying and unclear. I read many of the documentation provided for this update and I still can't understand exactly how to do it and how it will change the application. I think Zoho should clarify the process and the changes in a clear communication about that.
