This is a great extension for Zoho and a must have for any RingCentral user looking to interact with clients through SMS. Everyone can relate to unanswered emails, but with this extension you have an easy way to reach contacts right from CRM. ABR has done a great job of enhancing their extension regularly so that you know this isn't going to be one of the many extensions that other developers release and never touch again. I recently had an issue with messages not going through. I contacted their support and they had it resolved right away!

Had a problem with the extension .. Emailed they found a small configuration issue that affected me but may affect others. Changes to the app reinstalled the app and things work.
I just recently purchased ABR Ring Central Zoho Extension and so far it has worked great. Had a little issue in the beginning but Jaitin got on the phone and we resolved the issue in short order and got it up and running! I sent out over 200 text message in one day and it was a huge time saver!
