Key Features:
Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments with customers directly from Zoho CRM. Any changes in appointments by the customer will also be updated in Zoho CRM.
Appointments booked on Acuity Scheduling by existing Zoho CRM Contacts/Leads are associated to those Contacts/Leads and also available as events under Activities.
New users making an appointment in Acuity Scheduling are added as a Contact in Zoho CRM, along with the event associated to it.

The extension is faulty. New updates don't resolve issues, tends to make more, India based company with terrible customer service. Waiting for weeks with no responses.
It has been two weeks and the issue hasnt been fixed. I havent heard back from support for over a week now since our last online call to try and fix the issue which didnt work and they said they were going to get back to me in a couple days. We are paying for the service that is not working and this is affecting our business.
Trying to get some help because the integration is not working. I haven't received a response yet. It's been almost a week. I'll be happy to change this review if someone can help me fix the integration
The connection worked great for a little while but stopped working and the issue that is causing the failure has not been found and no one can figure it out. A real bummer and still hoping the service department can figure it out.
For my use case, as a small business owner with only one user, this plugin is working great! I discovered Acuity Scheduling had the most robust features for my needs, and there was an integration to Zoho via this plugin. The plugin has been great for creating new contacts when a customer fills out my schedule form in Acuity, and creating the meeting in Zoho to match. In Zoho I can also create appointments for them: my Acuity form actually pops up in a window on my CRM screen, and I can schedule for the customer the same as if they were on the Acuity page.
One wrinkle was that my existing customers were not appearing in Acuity: Xtracut support has been great and very responsive in helping me solve this (I simply had to do a one time export from Zoho and import to Acuity to move existing contacts over). There was also a UI bug I reported which they fixed within hours. Very impressed so far. :)
It does automatically create an activity so that is awesome but I have another user on Acuity so each time they schedule it is creating an activity for me too.

Was hoping that this integration would save me time, but when I go to email my calendar...it sends ALL of my appointment types. I want the ability to pick and choose which appointment type/calendar I want to email to my Zoho contact. Am I missing something?

I have several different users under the one Acuity account that I want to show the schedules specific to each user in their Zoho CRM/desk calendars/Activity. Acuity only has the one admin account to log into.
This extension is a real time saver for me and works well. The customer service is also great. I had a question about how to customize the extension to make it turn new appointments into Leads rather than Contacts and, within 24 hours, they showed how to go into the Zoho Market Place setting and make the adjustment.
This plug used to be AWESOME. Now it doesn't work. It still books times. It used to show the activity in the calendar. Now it doesn't. Support has been horrible and not responsive. It's been weeks. I was thier FIRST customer to use this plug but I certainly will be leaving if they don't resolve this, this week.
