I had issues with my implementation and with my assigned account manager; however, after meeting with the CEO and my new account manager, everything got resolved.
Great product really great integration with Zoho. Easy to setup and easy to work with. Support is very professional and proactive, but we don't have get in touch often with support, because it just WORK ! I was hoping for that product for years. I increased my productivity. I recommend Foneco. If you use a phone, you need Foneco, period.
