We have been using the extension for about a month. There were certain nuances and bugs in the work at the start, but I wrote in support and after that: 1. They answered me in an hour 2. The problem was clarified and I thought that was all. 3. After 4 working days, their team released a new update that fixed the errors I was very pleasantly surprised by the speed of their response and very grateful for the promptness, as now the app is helping us a lot in our operational processes. Therefore, in the end I want to say Yes, maybe not everything you expect will be out of the box, but the synchronization works very well and the team can quickly respond to your requests and you can agree on the implementation of what you need
