Tried for a couple months to get this right. Calls kept dropping on a daily basis, incoiming calls kept going directly to voicemail. Waited for over 30 days to just hear back from customer service, and still have not heard back to get simple help. In theory/on paper looks great, but way to many holes in their system. Try it out if you like, but if you have all the issues we had pay way over $150 a month, not worth it. Currently looking for another option so if anyone has recommendations more than happy to hear them.
Sales Rep was on time very professional "INITIALLY". She gave us option for calling plan for the UAE which was unsuitable. She suggested one more option to re-rout the call to our customers which was more suitable for us as it was very cost effective. BUT SHE FLIPPED after she excused herself from the meeting for a minute AND MADE A TOTAL 180 DEGREE AND STATED THAT THERE IS NO SUCH OPTION!! WOW
