The description says Save HTML-formatted text in Zoho CRM records under Contacts, Accounts, and other modules. however you cannot save HTML formatted notes under accounts or other modules. The only modules where you can use this is under Contacts or Leads. I needed this at the account or deal level and was quite disappointed to find it was not at least available at the account level as it said in the description.
