The order details from Shopify appear in the "Sales Orders" module in Zoho CRM. Even the orders in Drafts will be added to this module. This is covered in the extension's help documentation, which can be viewed from the link below.

Update: We got on a support call with Sathiya and he helped us resolve the issue. The integration is now working as intended and is pulling in all our Shopify store data in real-time, making it work as intended. For those who wonder what was wrongly configured, we had in the 'Your Shop Name' on the config screen the plain text name of our Store and not the first part of the shopname.myshopify.com URL. Once we changed it to the 'shopname' the integration started to load and allowed us to configure and sync. Thanks for the quick resolution.
Original feedback: We were hoping this integration would allow us to import all the Shopify data into Zoho CRM, but it seems that integration is not working at all. We have installed it and unfortunately, when you go to the plugin page where you should see the Shopify data, it just provides a blank screen. Unfortunately for us, without Shopify data, Zoho CRM is useless as Shopify is our ordering backend. We love the features but need Shopify integration to make it work.

Tried extension a few months back. It deleted more than half the products in our Shopify store. Had to add back more than 70 products manually to compensate. Make sure you back up your store products if you try it, or use it from the very creation of your Shopify store so if you lose information it doesn't set you back. Would not recommend in it's current state as of 2022.
The Shopify extension is designed to integrate and transfer data between both Shopify and Zoho CRM applications by syncing in real-time so that the data is up to date on either side. Any action that is executed on Zoho CRM will be reflected in Shopify upon the synchronization based on the "Sync Type".

The most robust CRM cannot integrate well with one of the largest E-Commerce platforms - This application is extremely unreliable. This application syncs incorrect information to your Shopify store. The products after they have synced are named by variant option and not the actual product's name. It forces Shopify to change the product name too. Please do not waste your time on this application and hopefully go find a better CRM that does the job.

The extension is currently designed that if a product has a variant in Shopify, the variant will be created as a product in Zoho CRM during the sync and it will be associated with the original product through the field "Parent Product".

The extension has too many bugs, when we place the order it changes the price of our products in Shopify. Things were working fine in testing however, the day we went live it all went haywire. It has been weeks, no resolution from Zoho.
Had I known about this before hand would have never went with Zoho, support is slow, the people who answer never know what's going on. The actual team responsible for this won't talk to you and promise a call back which doesn't happen on time. You will have to call 3-4 times before someone will get back to you.

The connection is easy. Shopify data is automatically synced to CRM, and you can now take the next action based on your customer's purchase history. There was one problem. The Shop Name parameter can only be connected with a Shopify domain name.

Our store has about 20 000 orders and about 20 000 contacts. App synced all the contacts and 3 000 orders when, because it reached webhook calls limit, it stopped and never resumed syncing (4 days later nothing happened).
We tried this app being on trial subscription and when we reported the bug we were told to upgrade to a paid plan in order to fully sync. So, we upgraded to a paid plan and the problem is still here. We will ask for full refund and search for a better integrated CRM with Shopify.
