- Only integrates mail? No other channels can be integrated? - Minimum possiblities to define what is integreated, who can see it...
Recently we have considered communicating and managing our opportunities in the ZOHO CRM by ZOHO TEAMINBOX We need your assistance in the following cases:
1. We tried to set up the personal email in the TEAMINBOX, but we revealed we are unable to do so since we need to upgrade our subscriptions, which is a failure in our subscription plan since we are ZOHO ONE users (ENTERPRISE). Please fix this.
2. We integrated the TEAMINBOX in the CRM (by installing the required extension). Potentially, This lets us access emails related to a specific contact or lead right from Zoho CRM. This is good. However, we would like to access emails that are related to specific opportunities because we are assigning opportunities to our teams. For example: We have an opportunity SERVICE FOR SHIP - X IN SINGAPORE, In this service are involved some contacts from our client and external service providers on our behalf. At the same time, this client (same contacts) asking for a different service SERVICE FOR SHIP - Y IN MUMBAI and in this opportunity involved other service providers on our behalf. We would like to see the emails with the client and the service providers related to this specific opportunity in the ZOHO CRM (Where we manage this opportunity). Looking for your assistance also in this case.
By the way, We must say we are very happy with ZOHO!
Unfortunately, it didn't work I set it up and installed it as a single user and it worked great, then when I tried to share it with the team it all stopped working. I could no longer access the teaminbox which I had set up, and I couldn't set up some of the other users, it wouldn't allow us to install the app in Zoho One. I spoke to Zoho Support who said they had the same issue and couldn't get it to work, they've been trying to fix it for a while now, and still no luck....
I have been waiting for this integration since TeamImbox was released, but unfortunately, it is a letdown and I would not recommend anyone use it at this time. The main issues:
1) View only access to related emails 2) No ability to create a new email 3) Emails open in small window making them hard to read 4) TeamInbox and Mail still not integrated into single email list
I think if the team addresses these issues, this might possibly be the most useful integration in CRM.
