Basically useless. Says it syncs contacts, but then you find it only creates new contacts or accounts when you create a FD ticket. I guess I'll go create 500 tickets so I can sync ZD and Zoho CRM! Actually, maybe not. I'll just delete the useless PoS instead.
The Zendesk extension will be able to import existing contacts, organisation and tickets into Zoho CRM from Zendesk, for which a bulk synchronisation has to performed from the "Zendesk Settings" web tab.

Can't pick the zendesk form, or custom fields, or the group to assign to, on the create ticket screen, which makes it useless as a tool to send requests to other teams

I would be nice to be able to pick the organizations that should be synchronized. At the moment the initial synchronization creates more noise than value.
I believe the best way to synchronize would simply be to synchronize on a contacts email address, if the organization that the contact is in doesn't exist, then either ignore or put into an "Unknown" organization so that you can manually decide which contacts should be kept. Organizations should not at all be synchronized, just the contacts
It's pretty good with ticket synchronisation, although it's a click-fest to get to comments, but as a shoe-horn way of doing this it's ok. Biggest flaw is that it only creates organisations in Zendesk, it will not then keep them up to date, which isn't much use.
