It allows you to provide speedy and agile customer support by creating work items for tickets while tracking their progress— all from within Zoho Desk.
Key Features:
Submit work items to the relevant engineering team by mapping departments within Zoho Desk to related projects in Zoho Sprints.
Classify the work items to track different types of work—such as user stories, tasks, bugs, or custom work items.
Comments added to the work items in Zoho Sprints will be pushed to Zoho Desk, and vice versa—as private comments.
View ticket details such as the status, due date, and assignee status from within Zoho Sprints.
We couldn't get this extension to work at all. We installed the extension several times and it shows as being installed on the Zoho Desk side but never showed as being installed on the Zoho Project side. Support wasn't effective as no real time help could be provided to us (we're in North America). I'm sure this extension works for some people but the combination of poor diagnostics in their install program and limited support meant it provided no value to us.
It is basic linkage. Need more custom fields that can be added from sprints to desk and can be filled there. Rest work seamlessly but need more fields option
Receiving error message. The webhook Desk to sprints comment has been temporarily disabled due to too many failures-mostly 400 bad request error. You can re-enable the webhook in your bitcare portal by enabling its corresponding extension from Setup Developer Space Webhooks. Before you enable it, please check the possible reasons for these failures by first testing the extension's webhook.
The extensions stops working all the time. As of now comments from Sprints don't go to Desk. We're a development house but cannot attach *.xml files between the systems. We cannot provide multiple fields from the Desk account to the Sprints job, etc
We weren't able to recreate the problem you'd raised on the live accounts. Your portal details and a session might be required to scrutinize this setback and disinter the cause; hit us up at support@zohodesk.com. With regards to the multiple fields concern, we'd look into the scalability and try to encompass the same down the line.
May we suggest you try installing from a private window as cache could be a likely reason for this mishap. In case the problem persists, drop us a line at support@zohodesk.com with the requisite details.
We suspect this could be a glitch pertaining to the portal or browser setting. We were unable to replicate the same on our test portals. May we suggest you to write into us at support@zohodesk.com, so we can drill down and unearth the cause here.
It's great to be able to create Stories/Bugs through Desk. However, this extension should also allow the user to link a ticket with an existing story. That way, the team, and Sprints could have more context in already created tasks, and you can actually follow-up with all the clients affected with the same bug/issue at the same time.

It appears only a set of predefined fields are allowed to sync at this time. We had no luck when we tried to recreate the intermittent issue you're referring to. Drop us a note at support@zohodesk.com if the problem persists.
Sometimes extension just stops working. It stops showing Sprints information once I need to create a Sprint task. Also, it always creates a Sprints task on behalf of users who installed the Sprint extension. Even if the creation was done by another agent. That leads to confusion.
Creating the Sprints task on behalf of the user who'd installed, is the intended behaviour at the moment, which we'd try to address in the future. Since we couldn't replicate the problem where the extension stops working, we'll have to pull you into the ticket—email us at support@zohodesk.com— to work on this case.
