It was really easy to follow the instructions to install the link. Everything after that, such as how to configuration the survey are not mentioned. It will likely go unused unless I spend a great deal of time researching since the documentation is so poor. This has been mentioned for years and never updated.
The link that is created from the survey when sending it as a response is very large, I think it could be shortened, it would still be good if it could be used as a widget within the Zoho Desk help center, it can be improved but it is still useful.
The experience is not good, I try to connect Zoho Survey but this doesn't work, when I go to login it shows me a message - Page accounts.zoho.com has refused to connect.
