Create new contacts and update existing contact records

When you receive a call to one of your numbers, we’ll do a real-time lookup in your Zoho CRM database and:
- If we find a contact that matches the caller’s number, we’ll add a call note to that contact record and provide a link to the call recording in the Invoco portal
- If we don’t find a contact that matches the caller’s number, we’ll create a new contact in Zoho CRM for you automatically and provide a link to the call recording in the Invoco portal.

You can choose to have new leads created instead of contacts for new incoming callers.

So now, as well as all of the online and email tracking that Zoho does so well, you can also have a comprehensive call history for each contact.

Desktop call notifications with real-time lookups into your Zoho system

See who’s calling you in real time with desktop notifications linked to your Zoho system. Clicking on the notification will take you straight into the contact record.

Key Features:

  • All calls made or received via Invoco are automatically logged in Zoho CRM and you can view the call logs and link to the call recordings in the Invoco Portal.
  • Automatically create new Zoho CRM contacts or leads for incoming calls from unknown callers.
  • Always know who's on the other end of the line: Receive onscreen pop-ups for incoming calls to see who is calling you. Click on the pop-up to go straight into the contact record.
