With the Qualtrics for Zoho Desk extension, you can equip your agents with the ability to provide better customer support by adding templates and sending Qualtrics survey emails automatically. By distributing surveys, you can get feedback from customers which is then made available to your agents in Zoho Desk.
Additionally, you can create contacts and multiple email templates in your Qualtrics account from Zoho Desk, and define conditions for emails to be triggered automatically based on users' responses. Having all these features integrated aids in better customer engagement, which in turn provides more customers satisfaction.
You will only be billed for the extension/app you purchase. We don't request any additional charges outside of Zoho Marketplace. (Note: If the extension/app integrates with a third-party application that requires a paid edition, you must make a separate purchase with the third party.)
