Great application allowing to integrate effectively every call or SMS in Zoho CRM. Support team from Ringover is reactive and very listening to requests and technical questions.
Great solution for IP phoning with Zoho CRM.
- The pop-up showing up whenever a call is made with a contact in the CRM could be improved, as it is a bit bugged and sometimes act randomly (not showing up, or doesn't disappear after a call ended, etc.)
- Developer access could be improved (there should be an admin API key independent of specific users) - It is not possible to have a non-billable account owner
Business phones take room and have issues (such as battery life) and are not adapted to remote work. IP phoning is the solution and Ringover offers that.
Avoid to protect your business! Requires broadband with ability to open ports (some routers are not compatible). Faced months of call drops, poor call quality, iOs apps, chrome and desktop not working as they should. After many months of issues, we left with a bill for 3 months of contract to leave. Deleted calls without advising use, not gdpr compliant! Avoid!
It is the perfect tool to integrate with our Zoho CRM. We save a huge amount of time to dial our contacts numbers and all the calls are now logged in Zoho. Something that our sales used to do manually.
