It won't work and there is no clear explanation of the {adminURL} integration. I have tried calling the number several times as well as Zoho help for Zoho Desk and no one knows how to help me. I've been on hold for 2 hours.
We regret the inconvenience caused. The value for the admin URL should be fetched from the WooCommerce browser URL. https://{adminURL}/wp-admin. The Admin URL can be found between the https and wp-admin.
We have mentioned how to fetch the value for the admin URL in the configuration section itself. Navigate to "Settings - "All" under "Marketplace" - Installed Extensions - WooCommerce for Zoho Desk - Configuration - "Copy the value of {adminURL} from your Woocommerce URL: https://{adminURL}/wp-admin"

I have tried this, and it's properly configured I hoped that the new update would have fixed the lack of successful integration but it hasn't it still says the admin URL is not properly configured when it clearly is. I completed the API key integration and the admin URL configuration and it still does not pull order history.
With regard to your request, we have already contacted you from a ticket, and as mentioned, this extension is designed to create tickets in Zoho Desk for the orders placed by the customer and the order details will be shown in the extension widget inside the ticket.

I think the same as Mark, it doesn't make sense to create a ticket for each order. Normally customer support comes in when the order is closed because the customer has already received his order.
